Our Founders

Kristine Esta

CEO/Co-Founder

I’ve been part of the sector since 2020, working in roles ranging from rostering and accounts to operations, so I’ve seen the ins and outs of what makes support really work. As co-founder of LikeKIN, I’m driven by a passion for people and psychology, and I love creating care that’s meaningful and empowering. Our goal is simple: break down stigma and give everyone the chance to live a life they truly enjoy.

Linda Itaoui

CEO/Co-Founder

I’ve worked in the disability sector for over five years in roles ranging from Support Worker to Client Services Manager. What I love most is building genuine connections and supporting people to grow in confidence and independence. As a sibling carer to my brother with ASD Level 3 and Klinefelter Syndrome, I understand firsthand how important the right support, clear communication, and a safe, respectful environment truly are.

Our Support Team

Jo-Elle N

Experience: ASD (All levels incl. non-verbal)

I’ve always had a deep love for people and consider myself highly empathetic, so this role feels very natural to me. I genuinely enjoy building individual connections with clients, offering both care and companionship, and learning from them in return – everyone has something valuable to offer, and I believe in empowering one another as equals.

Illiana F

Experience: Developmental Delay, ASD, ADHD, Intellectual Disabilities

I’m a caring and reliable support worker who loves building genuine connections and helping people feel safe, respected, and empowered. My passion for care grew from supporting my grandmother, which taught me the importance of patience, compassion, and meaningful companionship. I bring that same warmth and dedication to every person I support, creating an encouraging environment where people can grow, feel valued, and enjoy everyday moments with confidence and independence.

Amie C

Experience: ASD (All levels), ADHD, OCD, Epilepsy, Intellectual Disability

My journey is driven by a genuine passion for helping others and the deep sense of fulfillment I experienced while working in the Department of Education. Working with children with disabilities taught me about patience, adaptability, communication, and the importance of individualised care. Joining the NDIS space has allowed me to reconnect with that sense of purpose – it’s more than a job, it’s a calling.

Lorena M

Experience: ADHD, ASD, Dementia, Alzheimer’s, BoC, OCD, PTSD, BPD,
Parkinsons, Mental Health

I’m a passionate support worker who brings patience, empathy, and a big smile to every shift, with experience supporting children and adults with autism, behaviours of concern, severe Parkinson’s, dementia, and mobility needs. I’m confident with creating calm, supportive environments that meet sensory needs. I love listening to people’s stories, encouraging confidence, and being a consistent, caring presence they can count on.
